Kyra is an approximately 3-year-old mixed breed (Samoyed? Husky? American Eskimo?) gentle and sweet dog. She travels well in the car, is easy to walk and enjoys walks, loves to explore her yard, and is very good with new people and dogs. Kyra is respectful of the older dogs in her foster home; she does not try to play with them. But she does love to play gently with other dogs that want to play. Kyra knows how to sit on command, and she always offers her paw (so cute). Kyra comes when called, whether she is exploring the yard or in the house. Kyra is a sweet-tempered and loving gem. She loves to talk (see video). Kyra tested positive for heartworm and is being treated. Her coat was in horrendous condition when she was rescued and had to be shaved. She will have a beautiful full coat in a few months.
