Meet Brian of Kissimmee, FL. 

We estimate Brian to be about 8 years old.  Brian is a very nice and well behaved dog.  He gets along very well with most other dogs but definitely prefers humans to canine companionship.  He loves to be right by your side.  He has plenty of energy and loves to run around with his stuffed lamb in his mouth.  He enjoys walks, but he is also just as happy sitting on the couch with you, watching televison or takling an afternoon nap together.

Brian is quite a talker, so an apartment or condo setting probably wouldn't work for him. The neighbors might not appreciate all that Brian has to say! 

Brian would make a terrific companion for an adult or older person or couple, looking for an easy going, companion Eskie.  Brian's foster says he is just the nicest all-round dog.

Good with Dogs

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
