I am located in Medford, MA

Hi everyone! My name is Taffy, aka Lil' T (a nickname my foster sister gave me because I'm so cute and little!). I'm very calm, sweet, and friendly...I love people and dogs about my size (dogs bigger than me tend to scare me and make me nervous). I like to go on walks and I walk very nicely on my leash. I also like to just hang out outside and sniff around, I'm very curious. Even though I'm getting older I can still keep up with my family’s 4-year old Eskie. We like to go on walks together and sometimes I'll play with him, if I'm in the mood that is. I love curling up next to my foster family and taking naps while they're watching TV, it's so nice! I'm not a very good watch dog because I'm somewhat hard of hearing but if I see the other Eskie run to the door I'm right there behind him to see what all the fuss is about. I adjusted quickly to my new foster family and I love all the attention I am getting. I also love to ride in the car. If you are looking for a senior little gentleman, I'm the Eskie for you!

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
