Besides the obvious, he’s pretty.  He is high energy, love stuff squeeky toys, wants to play with by dogs as you know Cher doesn’t like other dogs, Suni is cautious and afraid, Kuma is too small for Shiro and can’t stand up under Shiro pressure so Kuma can’t really play with him either. He loves loves to run - So that leaves Glenn and I to play. 

Shiro gets along great with everyone and best of all... He is NOT a barker.  He uses the doggie door and listens well. Does very well in crate, touchable everywhere on him, and has no food aggression. He’s not needy, although he likes hands on and loved he is quit content to just lay on floor near you or in same room. He also doesn’t jump on furniture.  We were ALL on couch so I put Shiro on the ottoman and he seems confused at first but I said lay and he took a nap. 

He’ll make a perfect addition to any family that has energy or another dog to play with.  Don’t have kids around so don’t know about that situation.

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
