Meet amazing TUCKER of Boca Raton, FL. This beautiful boy is a show stopper and he has a personality to match those terrific good looks.

Tucker is great with other dogs all the people that he was met. He has a prey drive and likes cats (and birds) just a little too much.....he's very good at chasing them, but doesn't seem to want to hurt them in any way. They must remind him of his beloved squeaky toys, which he positively ADORES. He knows basic commands and is house broken. He is a young dog with a VERY HIGH energy level and is not suitable for apartment or condo living. A daily walk isn’t enough exercise for him. Tucker needs an active household or family, a fenced yard, and ideally a super hyper/active young sibling for him to run and romp around with. Maybe more than one! The foster had this to say about Tucker’s activity level: “This is the first dog in all my years of fostering I can run with while having an active pack of 3 dogs for him to play with non-stop, WITH a fenced yard, AND going for 4 walks a day... “

Tucker is being fostered in Boca Raton, FL. His foster will adopt within 3 or 4 hours of Boca, so sorry, no long distance adoptions. An adoption application, home visit and meet and greet are all required before an adoption is approved.

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
