Hi my name is Bindi but my foster mom calls me Boo or Big B unless I get myself into some trouble then it’s Bindi.  I am a very lovable “big girl” hee hee - I have SO much fur and it’s like cotton.  If you hug me I will hug you back.  If you don’t hug me I hug you anyway.  I am a very happy girl who loves to play and run.  I like to play with other dogs (only after I get to know them),  NO surprise playdates.  If I had it my way, I would lay in the yard all day and night.  I also enjoy long walks and/or running.  I would appreciate it if you would take me for a ride in the car every few days, I know how to roll the windows up and down all by myself, I just love the wind and sunshine on my face.  Although my foster mom has to lock the window so I don’t roll it all the way down, that scares her.  I am a total goof ball with big brown eyes who just loves attention.  Now that I told you some good things about me, let me tell you some things that my foster mom thinks I need help with… I like to try and chase the school bus, kids on bikes, ice cream man and anything else that makes noise and races by.  Not because I want to harm them, I just want them to notice me and play with me.  I can also be a little bossy to my furry brother and sister, sometimes I like to stand in front of the water bowl or food dish so they can’t eat or drink.  Seems like I don’t scare easy though because they just go around me or under me.  I also want ALL the attention, so I try and throw my weight around so they can’t get passed hee hee.  As soon as I am corrected for doing these things I will stop and move on to a toy to play with.  Please call my foster mommy if you want to hear more about me.

Good with Dogs, Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.

Eskie Rescuers United American Eskimo Dog Rescue, Inc. is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Please click the donation button below to make a tax-deductible donation through PayPal and help make a difference to even one American Eskimo dog!
