Snowman has been at a shelter in West Virginia for several months.  He's waiting patiently for the right person to visit and take him home.  Snowman is about 2  years old and is in good health.  He has already been neutered and is up to date with all shots.    
Snowman prefers women to men and likes female dogs, but doesn't care for male dogs.
