Lucky, is a very good dog. Lucky is nine years old male and his birthday is November 12th. He is potty trained and does not have any accidents. He gets along with other dogs and cats. He has been on Dick Van Paten's Natural Balance Sweet Potato & Rice food for most of his life. I would keep him on it, as he doesn't tolerate any other food. I have never seen a dog eat his food, as fast as Lucky eats his. Lucky loves carrots for a snack. Lucky like to go for walks but tends to bark at people walking by. Lucky likes to be in the same room as his master and that goes for bedtime also. I have never created lucky when I leave the house as he is good but he will get nerves and alone and looks for tissue to tear up. Lucky, hates water and will not go in a pool. He also does not like to go out if it is raining. Although, I have given him baths and he will stay still when I am scrubbing him. Lucky, doesn't play with toys, like most dogs. Lucky is a healthy dog and he is up to date on all is shots. I do have Lucky on Trifexis, for Heartworm, Fleas and Intestinal Worms. Lucky does travel very well and like to go for rides. I took him on a two month vacation car ride once and he did great. I have kept all of Lucky's information and papers.

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.
If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers. There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
