Hi!  I'm Skittles!  I am quite the handsome boy!  I am very smart and can learn almost anything!  My foster mom thinks I am the greatest!  She loves to cuddle with me and play ball.  Sometimes I bring the ball back to her and sometimes I like to play a game she calls "Keep away"!

I love to be outside! I like to chase squirrels, birds, and anything that moves.  My foster mom won't let me chase the cats next door and I am trying my best to please her.  But I got a chance to meet some cats up close and personal!  I liked them!  They make some great playmates!  But they sure know how to put me in my place when I get too much for them!  I wouldn't mind living in a home with cats and some dogs for me to play with.

I love to ride in the car too, and stick my head out the window, even in the rain and even if I end up at the vet!

I love to play with kids and am very gentle with them, especially the little ones!  I love to run with them and play ball!

I love to run and play, but I also love to cuddle with my foster mom too.  She says I am a cuddlebug and a couch potato, whatever those are!  And my absolute favorite thing to do is get a belly rub!  Ahhh heaven!!!!

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
