Hi, My Name is Bear. I just recently came to my foster home. Prior to that I was stuck in a pen in the back yard. My owners did not even give me food and water. My nice neighbors would sneak over and give me food and water. After several complaints I was finally rescued by the animal control guys. Man do I LOVE those guys!! Then I ended up in a High Kill shelter. Boy was I SCARED!! I was so matted and dirty the nice people at the shelter had to shave me down. You heard me right, I HAVE NO FUR RIGHT NOW!! I am NAKED!! No need to worry as it turns out. Some great people saved me and sent me to my foster home. My foster mom says she can't believe I was ever mistreated. Just goes to show how I roll with the punches!!! She says I am very sweet, very playful and very loving (not to mention NAKED!). There are other dogs that live here permanently (I have to admit, I am a little jealous) that are super cool. I really like having other dogs around, but there are these cats I could really do without. They are annoying. My foster mom says I act like I have lived with her forever. I certainly know how to make myself right at home! Whoever adopts me better be ready for a lifetime of hugs and kisses from me. I hear I am a pretty good kisser...I don't know...YOU BE THE JUDGE!
