Hi, my name is Shylo. As you can tell I am howling for a home! Could you have that home for me?
I am close to the perfect dog. I have perfect house manners. I love to sit on the couch with you. I am happiest when I am being cuddled and pet or sitting on your lap. I would probably be best in a quieter type home.
I am very cute and soft as you can see from my pictures. I have floppy rabbit ears instead of your typical pointy eskie ears.
I am healthy and up to date on vaccinations. I was originally found wandering around as a stray in Philadelphia. I was adopted out to a home and I lived there for about 7-8 yrs. Then circumstances changed and they have to give me back.
I'm very easy to get along with. I would probably be best in a home with either someone around most of the time. I get kind of lonely when I am by myself. I sometimes cry when that happens.

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats
Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.
If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers. There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
