Hi, I'm looking for home and family of my own. My last family moved overseas and could not take me with them. I am heartbroken because I am such a good dog. I have so much love to give and cannot figure out why they left me. I get along great with everyone and love kids. I am housebroken and only need a moderate amount of excersize. The doctors say I am in perfect health besides my epilepsy. My condition is under control as long as I take my pill twice a day.
Did you know that my breed often lives to be 16 to 18 yrs old? We eskies usually don't show signs of slowing down until at least 13-15 yrs as we are forever spunky. At my age, I've got another 10+ years left in me. So if you want a loyal, loving companion please submit an adoption application right away.

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.
If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers. There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
