Eskie Rescuers United

Hi! My name is Lucy and I am a active 12 year-old American Eskimo Spitz (also known as an Eskie).  While I may be 12, some say I can live to 18 or even older!  I love to play with other friendly dogs and I even like cats.  I also love to go on walks, explore in the woods, play in the snow, relax in the grass and curl up in a cozy living room.  Recently, my life has changed dramatically.  My parents had two babies in the last two years and we moved to a new house.  It's been extremely stressful for me because they cry a lot and it worries me.  As a result of my stress, I accidentally bit one of my owners while he was trying to pick me up (a first time offense) but now the trust has been broken and I need to find a new, calmer home so I can relax as soon as possible.  I would be a loyal companion to someone who is calm and patient. I am completely housebroken, know basic commands (sit, stay, down), up to date on all vaccinations, microchipped and has recently had a checkup with her vet (within the last month).
