Helloooo there! My name is Lexie and I love to play and run and be outdoors. I seem to have an affinity for men and will bond with them before I do with women. Not sure why that is but really I love all people.
In my present foster home there are grandchildren from babies on up and the little ones that like to run and scream are really my favorite because it is what I like to do run! So I run after them. My foster family had to let the little ones know I just wanted to play and to not be afraid of me running after them.
I am a healthy active Eskie just under two years old and would love to have a family that wants to play and run with me. I am very smart and maybe if you channeled my energy I could agility training with you.
I am up to date on my shots, spayed, HW negative and just so ready to be in my furever home. I will sit still for some belly rubs but not too long.
I am crate trained and in fact my crate is my safe spot so please always have it available for me

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
