Hi everyone I'm Apollo and my foster parents say I'm a bundle of love and energy despite having been bounced around a little before coming to stay with them.  I LOVE to play fetch and will play in the yard (or house) ALL DAY.  I'm very good at it too and will drop the ball at your feet (or on your lap if you're on the couch).  My daddy posted a video of my playing in the yard for you to see!  I have been w my new foster family for about a week now and am settling in very well!  I had had some problems in past foster care before coming to ERU not getting along with my foster brothers and sisters but now that I'm in a very eskie savvy home I'm doing MUCH better.  My foster daddy says that I love to play with the other boys in the house and could go to a home with other fur kids as long as it's an eskie savvy home willing to continue working with me.  I'm full of love and always want attention and can get jealous of the others so I need to be reminded that I'm not the only fur baby and that there is plenty of attention to go around.  I haven't been around any kids yet so my foster daddy isn't sure how I'd be but has no reason to think I wouldn't do well having never shown any signs of disliking any of the humans I've met.  My foster daddy would love to talk to you about me so feel free to contact him about giving me my forever home for the holidays!

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
