Hi, my name is Lolly, and I currently live with my foster family near Denver, Colorado. A long time ago, I was a found as a stray and was rescued when they think I was about 4 years old. My family kept me for about 6 years. I'm a victim of the hard times that are currently happening...my family had to surrender me to a shelter because they were moving due to a foreclosure. I don't understand how all this happend and I ended up in a shelter when I should be enjoying my life free of any worries! But some great ERU volunteers picked me up from the shelter and I'm so happy to be out and with caring people!!
The vet thinks I am around 10 years old now, but I still have a lot of good years left to be a great companion!! Did you know that some Eskies can live up to 15 or 20 years? I'm fully up-to-date on my shots and am getting ready to have some dental work. My teeth weren't taken care of, so I need to have some dental work so I'll be all beautiful and ready for my new family! I want to impress them, you see. I really could use some sponsors to help me out with the cost of all this work, but I'll have such pearly whites when its all done, you won't believe it!
My foster home has 3 other Eskies and 1 cat, and I get along great with all of them. I don’t bark as much as the other Eskies here, but when I do it kind of sounds like a honking goose! I make my foster family laugh, which I really love! My favorite things are mealtime and treats — I just can’t get enough of them. I’m a little girl, and I only weigh 17 pounds but I’m working on putting on a little weight.
I know how to use a dog door and am fully housetrained. My favorite thing is to hang out near people and be petted! It's all I really want in life! Here's some great news, my adoption fee is only $125! What a deal! I am a sweet girl that is looking for a forever home with lots of love (and treats). If you would give me a chance, I would love to shower you will all my love and affection!

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.
If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers. There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
