Hi, my name is Snowey! I'm a VERY sweet 7-year old standard-sized American Eskimo girl who weighs 24 pounds. I'm a real sweetheart who is looking for my forever home! If you want someone full of affection to cuddle with, look no further-I even like to snuggle with my foster mommy's cat!

I'm spayed, current on all my vaccinations and heartworm negative. I recently had some dental work done, so now I can flash you that great big trademark Eskie smile with pride! I'm a calm and well-behaved little lady who would make a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys the simple things in life: long walks (I'm very gentle on a leash); car rides (I make myself right at home and don't want to get out of the car when we get home!); gardening (or at least basking in the sun while you work outdoors); or just hanging out with you-I really enjoy laying at your feet! :o)

I'm very loyal and loving as well (just think of me as Miss Congeniality!). I think I'd prefer to be the only dog in an adult home, where I can feel as SPECIAL as I truly am-and so you can spoil me the way I deserve to be! (And I can shower YOU with all my love and affection in return!) :o) Wouldn't you like to have me in your life? Won't you please give me a chance at a wonderful new life? I'm waiting for my new forever family-will that be you?

Is Not Good with Dogs, Is Not Good with Kids

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
