Hi, there. Symba is my name and playing is my game! I'm a standard-sized American Eskimo male who weighs 28 pounds. I'm 4 years old, and my sign is Scorpio. What's yours? ;o) For you lady Eskies (and humans) out there, I'm an eligible bachelor-and quite handsome! Just take a look at my pictures and see if you don't agree! I'm mostly white in color, with some biscuit markings.

I'm neutered, current on all my vaccinations, heartworm negative and on heartworm, flea and tick prevention. I'm also housebroken and leash- and crate-trained, plus I ride well in the car! I could probably use some obedience training though (like learning proper boundaries), but I'm a very smart boy, so I'm sure I'll catch on quickly to everything I'm supposed to learn! :o)

I get along with other dogs and with children, even those as young as 2 years old!! We don't know about cats because my foster mommy doesn't have any. I'm a lover, not a fighter, and I'm quite the gentleman around my canine friends. I will let them have the toys or rawhide chewies, just so I can keep peace in the house. And though I'm generally kind, courteous and chivalrous, I also like to play and roughhouse sometimes! For the most part I'm pretty quiet and don't bark very much, but when I know we're going outside or I see my leash come out, I can get pretty excited!

So, to make a long story short, I'm healthy, smart and single-and ready to mingle! I'm also a very sweet and affectionate guy looking for my new forever home-will that be with you? Wouldn't you love to have me in your home and give me a chance at a wonderful life? If you're interested in me, we can do what's called an "Eskie Railroad" if I'm not local to you. This is a group of volunteer drivers who will each drive a certain distance to get me to you! I'm in Rockford, IL with my foster mommy, Deborah!
