Hi, my name is Koolwhip! Cool name, huh? :o) I am a 2-year old standard-sized American Eskimo boy who weighs 24 pounds. My previous owner had my fur coat sheared down, but it's already starting to grow back in, and my foster mommy says it will be as thick and beautiful as ever!

I'm recently neutered, current on all my vaccinations, heartworm negative and on heartworm prevention. I'm also kennel trained and somewhat housebroken (and am doing much better in that respect now that I've been neutered). I have one blue eye, which is VERY rare for an Eskie. My foster mommy wonders if I might be blind in that eye, but I'll never let on, because it sure doesn't slow me down a single bit!

I like going for walks and do wonderfully on a leash. I just love other dogs, including my foster mommy's other male Eskie. I love playing ball and tug of war, and you can tell what a happy-go-lucky boy I am when you see my tail wagging at 90 mph! I'm great with children over the age of 5 (we don't know yet about kids younger than that), and my foster mommy says I'm Mr. Personality--I'm very friendly and no one I ever meet is a stranger! I know some commands, like sit and down, and because I'm so sweet and so smart, I'm sure I'll have no problem learning new ones, as well as any new tricks you may want to teach me!

My foster mommy says I have it all, so she must be very proud of me! I would love to have a chance to make you equally proud, so won't you take me into your home and give me a chance at a wonderful life? If you are interested in me, we can do what's called an "Eskie Railroad" if I'm not local to you. This is a group of volunteer drivers who will each drive a certain distance to get me to you!
