Hi, my name is Sushi! I'm a 1-year old pure-bred miniature American Eskimo female who weighs about 14 pounds. I have a lot of energy but am not too hyper. I don't bark a lot and I love to cuddle and give kisses.

I'm spayed, current on all my vaccinations, heartworm negative and on heartworm prevention, as well as on flea and tick prevention. I'm housebroken and walk really well on a leash. I like to ride in the car but haven't done it very much, so I still need a bit more training to learn how to be the perfect car companion.

I have a foster sister, and when I first met her I acted like I was the boss, but my foster mommy told me NO very firmly and now I'm ok with her. (But I think I would like to be the only doggie in my new home.) I haven't been around cats so we're not sure how I would do with them. I do love kids and people though--a lot--and I LOVE to be talked to! I get really scared when it thunders outside, so make sure you have room for me in your bed!

If you're interested in me, we can do what's called an "Eskie Railroad" if I'm not local to you. This is a group of volunteer drivers who will each drive a certain distance to get me to you! I'm in Belle Chasse, LA.
