Hi, my name is Buzz (or Buzzy, if you prefer)! I'm a 3-year old miniature American Eskimo male who weighs 19 pounds. I'll be neutered the week of 9/6/04, but I've already had all my shots, I'm heartworm negative and on heartworm prevention. I'm crate-trained and mostly housebroken, and that will get even better after I'm neutered.

I am great with all people-kids as well as adults-and am ok with cats. I'm just fine with female dogs but don't get along very well with other males. Maybe that'll change after my surgery, when I won't have so much testosterone! :o) I'm a very sweet boy who walks well on a leash and loves to go for car rides. I also love being outside, because I'm an active little guy, though not hyper, nor even much of a barker. Wouldn't you love to have me in your home and give me a chance at a wonderful life? I know I'm waiting for my new forever family-will that be you? As you can see I am just SO adorable!!!

If you're interested in me, we can do what's called an "Eskie Railroad" if I'm not local to you. This is a group of volunteer drivers who will each drive a certain distance to get me to you! I'm in Mount Vernon, WA with my foster mommy, Fay. If you would like to know more about me, please send an e-mail right away!

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
