Hi, my name is Snow Latte! I'm a 3-year old American Eskimo male who weighs 26 pounds. I'm a super-sweet little boy who just craves love and affection.

I'm neutered and current on all my vaccinations. I previously had a low grade of heartworms but I've been treated and I'm all better now but I must stay on Preventative to make sure those critters don't come back. I am housebroken, but sometimes, when I'm nervous, I may have an accident. I think that after I am in my forever home for a while, this little problem will go away.

I was pulled from a shelter dirty, scared, and feeling pretty insecure. I mean, why would anyone dump a little guy as sweet and gorgeous as I am in a shelter, possibly to die? I certainly can't understand it! My foster mom thinks I'm nervous because people in my past weren't very nice to me. She thinks I was left outside a lot and that's why my manners aren't the best.
I love people and attention and I want you to look at only me. If you don't, I'll bark at you or paw at your heels when you walk until you play with me. Obedience classes will help me learn whose boss as well as help me be better on a leash. At my foster home, I learned how to "sit" in about 10 minutes and now I have to do that before I get my dinner or treats. I'm really smart and eager to please, so it will be easy to teach what you want of me.

I love to go for walks and see new stuff and play in the back yard chasing whatever toy you have around. I'm really fast and love to play catch and do "zoomies". I would probably like agility or dog frisby. I don't like big dogs but I'm comfortable with dogs my size.

Although I am good with my foster mom's older kids, I'm not friendly with their friends. I don't like sharing! It probably would be best if there are no children in the family I want to be the only apple of your eye. I should probably be the only dog in the household.

Like your typical Eskie, I am a "warning" barker and will be sure to let you know if any strangers come to our house. I warm up to new people quickly enough, but I first have to make sure they don't mean any harm to my humans!

My foster mom thinks I'm a great little boy--in fact, just the best! She knows I've been through a lot in my short life and she says I deserve only the very best from now on--and who am I to disagree with that kind of thinking?

So if you're looking for a sweet, affectionate lifelong friend and companion, look no further, because here I am! Won't you please hurry up and fill out an adoption application for me? I'm waiting as patiently as I can for my new forever family--will that be you?

If you're interested in me and would like more information, please contact my foster mom directly at: ggobert2006@yahoo.com You can also fill out an adoption application on our website for me.

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I’m being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

To get me to you, we can do what's called an "Eskie Railroad," which is a group of volunteer drivers who will each drive a certain portion of the transport. (We always ask that you, as the adopter, help out by taking the final leg.)

If I’m not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you may have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you).

Please be aware that Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.

Thank you and WOOF!
