Hi! My name is Sweety, and once you get to know me, you'll understand how I got that name! I'm a very sweet girl who needs to be with you all the time. You probably know that Eskies are companion friends and we like to stick to our humans -- well, I don't just like to be around you, I LOVE to be around you and I like to touch you to make sure you're really there! So my forever human has to be someone who is looking for all the warmth and love and companionship that I have to give them. My favorite time is at night -- I will curl up into a little ball and sleep right beside your pillow on the bed. I will stay there and protect you all night long until you wake up in the morning. That way the first thing you see when you wake up is my super cute face, and I get to see you first too -- the human who loves me :o) Isn't that swell? I am a very good girl who does not get into any trouble. Although I don't like sharing my food with other dogs or cats for that matter. I don't mind if you take my food though, but I think yours might taste better though, tee hee. I walk well on a leash and I'm very good in the car. I'm housetrained and aside from sharing food, I get along with other dogs just fine. Cats and children are not a good match for me. I do like humans, but need a warming up period -- after that, we'll be bestest pals. I am spayed, current on all vaccines and tested negative for heartworm. I am on Frontline and Heartguard prevention. I just had a dental a few weeks ago. Boy did I need it! The doctor had to remove 11 of my teeth and cut some of them out -- ouch! Now that I am as good as new now and I can eat dry food! The vet was very concerned about me due to the extensive dental work, but I bounced back in record time. I am very healthy and nobody would ever believe I was 11. I still act like a puppy at times. I can run and play with the best of them. I just don't destroy things like the younger ones do. I have a very sad story to tell on how I ended up in foster care. You can read all about me and my relatives on this web blog: Best Friends Blog -- The PA11. Now I am looking for a special home to give me all I have been missing in the past. All of the other 10 have been adopted. Please don't make me wait any longer. I deserve a special home like all my friends. Give me one week and you will be so surprised at how loving and wonderful I am. I will act like I have been with you forever. If you're interested in me and would like more information, please contact Gina at: justus4250@aol.com or gina@eskierescuers.org. You can also visit our website and sign-up to fill out an adoption application and learn more about our adoption process. I would make a great companion for an senior person and am eligible to be adopted for a lower fee through Eskie Rescuers United’s “New Leash on Life” Senior program. To learn more, please visit our website: Senior Program. Lots of Eskie hugs and kisses!
