Sugar is a small boy who found himself needing a home, after his owner brought home a German Shepherd puppy. He was scared and reactive towards the pup, so his owner keeps him tied up in the carport every day. He needs relief before the hot summer months. He is fully vetted and neutered. He is friendly upon introduction, and gets fearful of people, but he suffers from a poor environment, and has some bad behaviors. He does get along with smalldogs. Would someone please give this gorgeous boy a chance?
