Hi everyone - I am adorable Buster! 
Buster is from Mississippi.  I was surrendered to ERU because my family could no longer care for me.  My family left me at a clinic and ERU took over all expenses to have my medical needs met.  I had my teeth cleaned and blood work done and all my vaccines.  I am a super-sweet fellow and get along with everyone. 
Buster is almost 11 at the best guess from the information that came with him.  He is gentle natured with other dogs, cats and children.  He does not seem to know any commands, we are working on it.  He favors the men in the house by following them throughout the house, crying when they walk out the door and gives them a tremendous, over the top, greeting when they return.  He will cuddle with the ladies if they are available.  
He is great outside and stays with you on a leash or even when walking in the yard.  A good home would be with someone home a lot.  He will crate but needs frequent potty breaks.

Whenever possible Eskie Rescuers United tries to adopt out its dogs locally (or at least to adopters in adjoining states to where I'm being fostered). Please note that ERU processes LOCAL adoption applications before considering those from out of state.

If I'm not local to you, as explained above, and you really have your heart set on me, you will have to make special arrangements so ERU can get me to you safely (for example, flying me to you at your own expense, or paying a transport group to drive me to you). Note: We may ask that you to make a donation to cover transport costs if the distance is great and we have trouble finding transport drivers.

There is an adoption fee required; and, please be aware, Eskie Rescuers United will not adopt out its dogs as outdoor dogs.
