Please Note: This animal is listed as a courtesy to another organization or individual. Please be sure to contact the foster/caretaker for more information about him/her. Meet Snoopy! He is about 6 to 7 years old. He is fixed and fully vetted. Snoop as we like to call him has a had very hard and abusive life. He was in a home where he was neglected and abused. He was left alone for days with no food or love. A family member reached out to several rescues that would not take him, he joined us in October of 2015.
He is responding to the loving care of his foster Mom in Cincinnati.
Since he was locked up and left alone for days, he is relearning how to be a dog again and that involves house training. He has made some vast improvements but on occasion has an accident. The poor little guy doesn't even know how to play with toys.
He would do best in a home that is quiet and not with dogs that want to be the alpha over him. He likes other dogs, but prefers to receive the love and attention of a human.
